As war rages against these lifeforms, humans are forced to flee to the Moon, where they seek to reclaim control of the Earth from the invaders with the help of an android named YoRHa 2-gou B-gata.

However, Wit Studio's upcoming anime, Suicide Squad Isekai, will bring popular DC characters like Harley Quinn, The Joker, and Peacemaker into a fantasy world that anime fans refer to as isekai.

In the anime, Task Force X, formed by Amanda Waller, is dispatched on a mission to another world via a gate connected to Earth. They are, however, captured by the Kingdom's forces and offered the choice of saving their lives by conquering their neighboring kingdom. With their lives at stake, especially with bombs implanted in their necks that will detonate in 72 hours, Task Force X must go to whatever length to win the war. Suicide Squad Isekai will stream on Max and Hulu on July 6.

Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest

Fairy Tail is a long-running anime series that originally started airing in 2009 and has over 300 episodes. However, it has been off the air for five years, having aired its final season in 2019. Fairy Tail is now returning to the screens, adapting the manga's 100 Years Quest Arc to provide a similarly enthralling experience for its fans.

In the forthcoming anime, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, Natsu Dragneel and his friends decide to undertake a dangerous mission that has not been accomplished by several wizards in over a century. The series is set to be released on Crunchyroll on July 7, 2024.

Tower of God Season 2

Of all the anime series coming out in July, the second season of Tower of God is perhaps the most anticipated. Tower of God, based on a popular webtoon, is commonly referred to as "One Piece of Manhwa." The series features the most impressive world-building of any webtoon, and the first season, which made its debut in 2020, was well appreciated by viewers.

After nearly four years, the series returns for a second season, bringing back fan-favorite characters like Khun, Bam, and Rak. During Bam the Irregular's journey through the tower in the first season, we see his determination to find Rachel, and he eventually meets several characters who would lead him to her. However, after seeing Rachel betray him at the end of the first season, Bam must embark on a new journey to find out why she did such a thing.

In Season 2, Bam transforms into an entirely different person, renaming himself Viole and preparing to face any obstacle that may arise in the tower. Tower of God Season 2 will premiere on Crunchyroll on July 7, 2024.
